Hello everyone. It is me. The head admin of Blipp.

Here are the rules of Blipp. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU POST.

-No double posting or advertising without an admin's or mods permission
-No innapropriate stuff
-No bumping topics
-No going off topic
-No backseat modding
-No cussing
-No posing or mulitiple accounts
-No hacking or discussion of hacking
-Nothing illegal
-No copying
- No flaming

Those are the rules.

To become a mod you must have trust from ALL mods and admins, be a great user and have at least 20 non-spam posts.To become a top mod/Administrator you must have at least 500 posts and be a member for 2-4 months.
